Currently open from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM daily, offering free admission and parking. Located in Washington Park in Portland’s West Hills, this garden includes more than 10,000 plantings of over 500 varieties.
Portland’s Rose Gardens are the oldest of it’s kind in the United States.Portland’s Rose Gardens (located in Washington Park) has grassy knolls to enjoy a picnic or play Frisbee, a large play structure/area for the kids, and a beautiful view of downtown Portland.
