Portland! There’s a reason this festival attracts so many brewers and beer-lovers alike! It’s huge! Never attended? You can start with a smaller purchase of tokens to ensure your time is well spent. Simply walk down the aisles and begin looking for that first sample to stimulate your beer-tasting experience. Before you know it, the options don’t seem to end and your desire to try a few more will quickly set in.

Now, don’t go over board too quickly as the festival lasts all-day and the weather is supposed to be hot!  As the afternoon progresses, the crowd begins to cheer and rapidly- the sound crawls along the waterfront like “the wave”. Yes, the cheers go down the line and the shouts continually grow. After-all, we are talking about brew-fest.  Just know that this is a good opportunity to expand  your taste for beer and try tastes you might otherwise not try anywhere else or during any other time of year. Cheers!
